Cedar House

All execution works of the second cedar house in Bulgaria is completed. The house is located in small town near Sofia – Bankia.

Our team was involved in managing all phase of the project. Working in collaboration with architects, engineers, and licensed sub-contractors from the Czech Republic and Bulgaria, we have been completed the house for 18 months. The usable area of the house is 450 sq.m. There are two floors. The wooden structure is produced by Lindal.The delivery is from the USA. The assembly works are done by a licensed company from the Czech Republic.

All activities were managed by BMCC Ltd.
